The Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort offers a range of facilities making this a great choice for couples, groups and families. Take a dip in one of four outdoor swimming pools – including a child-friendly pool and an adult-only pool, or enjoy a round of golf at the Victoria golf course, designed by renowned US golfer Arnold Palmer. There’s also a fitness room, yoga and Pilates classes, tennis and football facilities.

Inspired by traditional healing rituals, the resort spa is designed to restore balance and harmony between body and mind. As well as a menu of treatments, it offers a sauna, Turkish bath and indoor pool.

Offering fun and active programmes, the kids’ club have created academies to engage and inspire children of all ages. Please note, the kids’ club and creche operate seasonally, and are open daily from the 1 July until 31 August. All activities are charged, operate subject to occupancy, and pre-booking should be made to guarantee availability.

Start your day in Victoria Restaurant serving a buffet breakfast of fresh, natural local produce. Refreshments and snacks are available at Cascade and Palms Pool Bars, and at Anantara Lounge & Bar where you can also enjoy afternoon tea and tapas. In the evenings, local seafood is served at Ria Restaurant, while Sensai offers modern Asian cuisines, infused with the freshness of Portuguese ingredients. Savour comforting classics from China, Japan, India and Anantara’s native Thailand. Here, Chef Fabio Terada presents Algarve’s most extensive sushi selection using seasonal fish from local waters.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) face masks must be worn inside the resort and reservations are required to use the hotel facilities, including the spa. The indoor pool remains closed until further notice. Not all bars and restaurants will be open, and those that are will have amended opening times.
