Families are well catered for with jam-packed, age-tailored kids’ clubs. The Baby Timomo corner welcomes little ones from 0 to 35 months, offering attentive care from trained nurses in a calming environment. Older children aged 3 to 12 can join the Timomo Kids Club, where days are filled with creative workshops, pool games, treasure hunts and gentle sports such as golf or tennis introductions. Fun unfolds as the sun sets, too, with movie nights, glow parties and stargazing sessions. Plus, teens aged 12 to 17 have their own programme of activities, including beach tournaments, guided bike rides and other outdoor adventures. The resort offers an impressive choice of dining experiences with 12 restaurants within the Domaine de Bel Ombre. These include Annabella's, the hotel's main restaurant, which is an interactive show kitchen where guests and the kitchen brigade enjoy a convivial atmosphere, offering a five course choice menu nightly, three menus on a 14-day rotation (included on the half board option).

Ginja is an Asian speciality restaurant set on the beach, which welcomes adults and teens for dinner daily. Children aged 12 or below can also join for dinner on Wednesdays. Dining in this restaurant is extended to a ‘feet in the sand’ experience with table settings on the beach along the water’s edge with the mood enhanced by flaming torches. Also situated conveniently on the beach is the exclusively adult-only Tiki Bar. Enjoy a range of food, snacks and cool cocktails. Meanwhile, Le Palmier, overlooking the pool and the ocean, is a restaurant specialising in seafood and local delicacies, which is open from morning until sunset. Beach waiter service is also available. Built in the early 19th century and set amid beautiful gardens, the Chateau de Bel Ombre Manor house was the heart of the Bel Ombre estate. It offers a Mauritian menu for dinner. On Thursdays and Sundays, families and young children aged six and above are also welcome for dinner here.

The Cavendish bar and lounge is the masterpiece of the hotel, this bar boasts a cigar and library lounge where in comfortable armchairs the connoisseur can enjoy the sounds of the resident band, overlooking the river. The ‘C’ Beach Club’s trendy restaurant serves a colourful selection of Mediterranean dishes with a majestic view of the lagoon.
