Giùammare Osteria Contemporanea serves up a variation of fresh fish dishes daily - enjoy catch of the day and delicious raw fish delicacies here. Bask in the stunning sea vistas on the exclusive veranda at this eatery. Please note that this restaurant is only open during high season.

Upgrade to half board to enjoy the themed evening dinner of Serata Pugliese at no additional charge. This experience includes a welcome aperitif at the Botanico Lounge Bar, food and drink tasting throughout, folk dance and traditional craft (lace embroiderer, prickly pear sculptor, shoemaker, basket maker) demonstrations, as well as a final buffet spread - complete with classic Apulian desserts. Should you wish to, this evening service can instead be exchanged for one lunch.
