There are seven excellent restaurants, all of which include special children’s menus. Ravello is an inviting Italian restaurant which features an outdoor dining terrace and a modern demonstration kitchen (interactive dinners and cooking classes are hosted here). In the mornings, enjoy a delightful breakfast buffet spread, which includes freshly prepared omelettes, pancakes with homemade maple syrup, savoury waffles, and speciality breakfast doughnuts. In the evenings, the restaurant serves crisp, wood-fired pizzas (you can take them away), house-made pasta dishes and exceptional Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Cocktails are made by trained mixologists, and the extensive wine list features Italian vintages. Ravello also offers a ‘Good Morning Breakfast with Goofy and His Pals’ twice weekly (for a supplement).

Throughout the day, the casual PB&G poolside restaurant serves light and healthy dishes, snacks, and refreshing drinks. There’s also the golf clubhouse restaurant, Plancha, which specialises in American clubhouse favourites, and Lickety Split which serves cooling iced coffees, pastries, and sandwiches alongside a tempting selection of ice creams.

Capa is the hotel’s romantic terrace restaurant, offering spectacular views of the nightly firework displays. Specialising in Spanish inspired cuisine, the seasonal menus here tend to feature a variety of tapas and small-plate options, as well as freshly shucked oysters, Florida seafood and expertly grilled cuts – including the extra special Wagyu beef. After savouring fine food and panoramic rooftop vistas, you can soak up the vibrant atmosphere of The Lobby Bar, which serves imaginative cocktails, appetisers and sweet treats made by the pastry chef.
