The resort is home to four separate swimming pools, including one that’s especially designed for children. Each pool is set within a lush green landscape, with an abundance of sunloungers and umbrellas. The beach is also nearby, providing another idyllic spot for sunbathing and swimming.

For unrivalled relaxation, head to the Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness Centre. The modern spa is beautifully adorned with large glass windows that overlook the peaceful gardens, out towards the sea. Experienced professionals can deliver exclusive facials, massages or body treatments, and you can use the fabulous hydrotherapy circuit, sauna, chill-out zone and sensation showers (charges apply). Elsewhere, you’ll find a well-equipped fitness room.

The Baby Club provides 90-minute babysitting services for children aged six months to three years, and parents can supervise their children at the Baby Club for a longer duration (reservations and charges apply for babysitting). The Mini Club promotes a plethora of activities and workshops to engage little ones between the ages of 4 and 11 years. There’s also a special lounge where teenagers (up to the age of 16 years) can listen to music and play video games.

The resort offers a range of daily activities to suit all ages, including tennis (there are three tennis courts), beach volleyball, mini-golf and archery. The Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa houses three a la carte restaurants and six bars. Sicania serves Mediterranean-inspired breakfast, lunch and dinner, with show cooking stations. At Portofino, you can relish local Sicilian cuisine and Mediterranean specialties, including artisanal pizzas and authentic pasta dishes, accompanied by local wines. This restaurant also features self-service stations. Dorado serves succulent meats straight from the grill, including high-quality sirloin and T-bone steaks, while Chang Thai specialises in traditional south-east Asian cuisine. For bar snacks or a more casual meal, head to the Xtra Time Sports Bar where you can savour a tasty burger to accompany your cold beer. At the five other bars, order a range of cocktails, soft drinks, spirits and more.
