Dettol and British Airways

Taking care of you together

We understand that cleanliness is more important now than ever, so we’re teaming up with RB, the makers of Dettol, as part of our ongoing commitment to help keep you safe while you’re on the go.

Dettol is the UK’s number one disinfection brand*, so they’re the perfect partner to help keep you protected on the ground and in the air. Their products contain a formula that kills 99.9% of bacteria and Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2)** and our partnership has been supported by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

Peace of mind

At London Heathrow Terminal 5, we’ll be providing you with a range of Dettol products for your peace of mind. Help yourself to Dettol hand sanitiser from stations at check-in desks, self-service bag drops, in British Airways lounges, at departure gates and at baggage reclaim.

Dettol wipe stations will be conveniently positioned throughout the terminal so you can clean trolley handles, kiosk screens and other surfaces to help keep you protected.

We’re also using Dettol anti-bacterial surface wipes, cleaners and sprays to keep surfaces clean at the airport and in our lounges.

In the air, we’ve introduced Dettol anti-bacterial hygiene wipes, which are provided for every customer.
