If you're a member of The British Airways Club, use this form to send us proof of identity and other documents.
What documents should I send?
Send us a copy of one of the following documents showing your name as you want it to appear on your British Airways Club account:
- birth or adoption certificate
- marriage certificate
- passport
- driving licence
- Decree Nisi or Decree Absolute (divorce certificate)
To avoid problems when travelling or collecting Avios and tier points, the name on your British Airways Club account should match the name on your passport.
Send us a copy of one of the following documents showing your acquired gender and new name:
- new passport
- new birth or adoption certificate
- Gender Recognition Certificate (UK) or your country’s equivalent

If you've started a claim for missing Avios or tier points, you should have been advised which documents to send us. If you’re not sure, contact your local British Airways service centre.
