Don’t miss out on Avios and Tier Points
The date of birth held on your Executive Club account is not the same as the one that was used in your flight booking. As a result, you could have some unawarded Avios and Tier Points.
By giving us permission to correct the date of birth in your Executive Club account to match your passport, it will also ensure we can automatically award your Avios and Tier Points earned on future flights.
