Convo video relay service
British Airways has partnered with Convo to develop new ways for customers who use British Sign Language (BSL) to contact our team.
What is Convo?
If you use British Sign Language (BSL), you can now contact us using a Video Relay Service provided by Convo.
Convo is a free service that will connect you to a qualified online BSL interpreter. The interpreter will relay the conversation between you and a member of the British Airways Accessibility Team.
You can also use Convo for face-to-face conversations with staff while travelling through Heathrow Airport.
How to use Convo
To use this service, download the Convo app on your mobile device or visit the Convo website.
If your call is about an existing booking, please have your booking information ready.
Our Accessibility team is available 08:00 - 20:00 (GMT) Monday – Sunday.
If we're unable to take your call, the Convo Interpreter can leave a voicemail for our team, and we'll call you back using Convo, as soon as possible.
