For example, links to further information have been incorporated.</li>\n<li>Further clarity has been added when creating a Family and Friends list for a Household account. Once this list reaches 5 individuals, only one individual can be changed or removed every 6 months</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Effective from 1&#160;March&#160;2018</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>We have amended the Governing Law Section 32.1 so that for Members who reside in the USA or Canada, New York law will govern the Terms and Conditions (as well as any agreements incorporated therein) and all aspects of your relationship with British&#160;Airways and the Executive&#160;Club.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Executive&#160;Club Terms and Conditions</strong></p>\n<p>The Executive&#160;Club Terms and Conditions (&#8220;Terms and Conditions&#8221;) (which incorporate the <a href=\"https://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/executive-club/terms-and-conditions/conditions-of-use\">Conditions of Use</a> and the <a href=\"https://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/information/legal/british-airways/general-conditions-of-carriage\">General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage </a>(&#8220;Conditions of Carriage&#8221;) set out below are important and affect your rights as a Member of the Executive&#160;Club.</p>\n<p>You must read both these Terms and Conditions and Ba.com carefully before first quoting your Membership number to British&#160;Airways or an Airline Partner or Service Partner.
