We believe in putting your needs first. That’s why we provide You First, a helpdesk service with a dedicated phone number for First customers. Our highly trained and experienced team are waiting to assist with any travel query, from the moment you book until you return home.

At your service

• Assistance with any travel queries including bookings, lounges, baggage and transfers
• Assistance with booking Concorde Room facilities such as cabanas and access to the Quintessentially Lifestyle concierge services
• Pre-booking spa treatments with Elemis at London Heathrow Terminal 5 and Terminal 3
• Priority assistance for mishandled baggage
• Priority assistance with customer relations queries
• Additional assistance during times of disruption

Who can use You First?

You First is for US and Canadian residents who have booked a flight in First that is operated by British Airways. You may also nominate someone else to manage your booking on your behalf by informing the You First team.
