Online check-in

Prepare for your trip before you fly - enjoy the comfort of checking in online from wherever you are. Whether you're travelling on business or you're off on holiday, you'll save time by checking in early at ba.com.

Choose your seat and print your boarding pass from home. Then drop your bags at the Fast Bag Drop once you get to the airport before proceeding through security to the departure lounge. And enjoy a stress-free airport experience.

It's no problem if you don't have access to a printer at home. You can pick up your boarding pass at our check-in kiosks, where our friendly ground staff will be happy to help, or at the check-in assistance desk at the airport.

Check-in at the airport

If you don't have access to the internet to check in online from home, don't worry. You can still save time at the airport by using a check-in kiosk once you get there, with the help of our friendly ground staff. Simply choose your seat, print and collect your boarding pass and drop off your bags at our Fast Bag Drop desks.

Fast Bag Drop*

After you've checked in online or used one of our check-in kiosks, you can leave your luggage at our Fast Bag Drop. We’ll then tag your bags and send them to the aircraft - while you relax, shop or get ready for your flight.

Lounges

As an Executive Club member, you'll receive extra BA Miles and Tier Points when you fly World Traveller Plus. If you're a Silver or Gold card member, you're invited to relax or get some work done in our lounges when flying World Traveller Plus.
