The British Airways Galleries Club lounges have been announced the winner of the World’s Best Business Class Airline Lounge. This prestigious accolade was based around the customer, the product and the service quality offered in the lounges at London Heathrow Terminal 5.

British Airways has opened a brand new Galleries lounge at Newark airport.
Facilities in the new lounge include:
British Airways flights have also relocated to operate from Gates B50-B58, meaning shorter walking distances from check-in to security and through to the lounge and departure gates.
The lounge is open to Club World and First customers and Silver and Gold Executive Club members flying out of Newark airport.

The BrandIndex score reflects UK consumers' perception, and includes six key measures: general impression, quality, value, corporate reputation, satisfaction and recommend.

ba.com was awarded Best Website in the Leisure and Travel category through a 'peoples choice' poll online organised by research agency MetrixLab. This Best Website award is given to the website with the highest average score on content, navigation, design and recommendation likelihood in each category.

If you're a member of the British Airways Executive Club, you can now collect and spend Avios on flights operated by both airberlin and NIKI.
Cooperation between topbonus (airberlin's frequent flyer programme) and British Airways Executive Club started on 2 November 2011. airberlin and British Airways have already been working together as codeshare partners since July 2011 under the umbrella of the oneworld® airline alliance, of which airberlin will become a full member in the spring of 2012.
Cooperation between the two frequent flyer programmes is another important step in extending this successful partnership.
As part of the new new frequent flyer partnership, members of airberlin’s topbonus frequent flyer programme will also benefit; topbonus members can now collect award miles on any routes operated by British Airways, and these miles can be redeemed for award flights.
