How to send your receipts by post

Always include your case reference when you post the receipts and any future correspondance regarding your claim.

  • Please blank out personal financial information on statements (such as debit card number, credit card number.)
  • Send original receipts, making sure you have copies for your own records.
  • Do not staple your receipts together.
  • To help identify each receipt you must write the corresponding Expense ID (e.g. H01, M02) shown above on each receipt. Please make a note of each expense and its Expense ID if you intend to do this later.
  • If you have multiple expenses on the same document, such as a statement please write the Expense ID next to each expense.
  • Post the receipts to your nearest British Airways Customer Relations team, details of how to find their address will be in your confirmation email.

  • Use supported file formats: .jpeg, .gif, .png and .pdf
  • Save files to a maximum of 2mb per document.
  • You can put multiple receipts in each file.
  • A maximum of 10 files can be attached to this form.
  • If you need to provide more receipts online, this form can be used again once you have submitted it.
  • If you need to provide more receipts either online by post, please refer to your confirmation email on how to do this.

  2. In the event of a third-party being liable for the loss, all rights in this matter are subrogated to British Airways on settlement of this claim.
  3. I understand that the information I have provided may be made available to other airlines or insurance companies for underwriting and claims handling purposes.
  4. I consent to the exchange of information between other airlines or insurance companies in the processing of my claim
  5. I also understand British Airways may instruct an external loss adjuster to further process my claim.
