4. Did you select the lowest fare available for the class of purchase?
5. Is the itinerary purchased and the itinerary of the lower online fare identical? (same times, dates, number of passengers, cabin, etc?)
6. Is the lower online fare in EUR?
7. Can you purchase the lower online fare on the website?
8. Is that website a website operated in the currency of your departure country?
