Terraces lounges

Terraces Lounges are a haven away from the busy airport, exclusively for our premium cabin travellers and Gold and Silver Executive Club members. Relax with snacks and a drink at our World Wine Bar or Cappuccino and Juice Bar. Enjoy some peace and quiet in our mobile-free zone. Or take advantage of the business facilities in our Combiz Centre.

You can also enjoy your dinner before you board, or unwind with a stress-relieving complimentary massage in our Elemis spa.

Visit the Terraces Lounges before your flight, or after touch down you can also enjoy some of the same work, relax and spa facilities at our Arrivals Lounges, available at London Heathrow, London Gatwick and Johannesburg International.

Take a few minutes to catch up on work. Our Combiz area is perfect for making calls, sending faxes or meeting with colleagues. Use the power points to plug in your laptop, connect to the internet with wireless broadband or make use of a Combiz PC, with a fast free internet connection. 

Wireless broadband provided by BT Openzone is now free in all British Airways UK lounges. In addition, deals with local providers have now been negotiated in many lounges outside of the UK to enable us to offer free wireless broadband. However in some airports there will be a charge.

Revitalise yourself with a glass of fresh fruit juice or a cup of freshly ground coffee in this light and airy Mediterranean-style bar.

Stocked with soft drinks, beers and fine wines from around the world, this lively and welcoming bar is the ideal place to socialise or simply sit back with your drink of choice.

Help yourself – our larder is stocked with treats and snacks, both savoury and sweet.

Freshen-up before you take off. Our immaculate washrooms include full, state-of-the-art shower facilities.

As part of our Club World Sleeper Service you can enjoy your pre-flight supper in the comfort of our Terraces lounge restaurant. Help yourself to the delicious fresh food on offer at the buffet, then once you board, you can get straight down to the business of sleep.

To help give your skin and body the best possible protection we have teamed up with luxury British spa and skincare brand Elemis, who will be offering spa therapies and inflight skincare products to rejuvenate your skin, awaken your senses and refresh you on your journey.

Elemis has designed an exclusive British Airways menu for both men and women. Departing customers will benefit from treatments designed to aid sleep and relaxation, whilst therapy for new arrivals will leave you feeling re-awakened and energised. Elemis spa facilities are available at London Heathrow and at New York JFK Terminal 7.
