Submitting a sponsorship proposal
We receive a large number of sponsorship requests and each proposal is fairly evaluated and considered against a range of criteria.
Fit with the British Airways brand

Target audience for your activity
As a global company, we are interested in working with other companies with a far-reaching, international audience.
Projects we will not sponsor
- Politically sensitive or controversial matters
- High perceived level of risk
- Content featuring an airline crisis (e.g. a crash or hijacking)
- Content featuring traumatic violence
- Content that impacts negatively on our brand
Creating your proposal
When creating your proposal, please include the following information:
- What is the sponsorship opportunity?
- What do you require from British Airways (e.g. flights, cargo, etc.)?
- When is the event?
- Why have you chosen British Airways?
- How does your proposal complement the British Airways brand?
Please note: if your proposal is for product placement or film sponsorship, you will need to include additional information.

Subject title*: NAME OF SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL or REQUEST
Please be specific in the title and do not simply title your proposal 'sponsorship poposal' or 'sponsorship request'

Next steps
We will respond to all proposals within ten working days of receiving the email, letter or fax at our offices. We are unable to acknowledge receipt of postal or faxed proposals.
Due to the large number of proposals we receive, we are not able to enter into individual discussion about each proposal. We will evaluate the proposal based on the information provided and contact you.
