Disability assistance
If you are disabled, or need some additional help during your journey, we will do all we can to assist you. We also have information about transporting guide or assistance dogs when you travel.
Travelling with children
Going away with the family should be fun, so we’ve designed the Skyflyer service especially for families to make it just that. Right from the time you check in, to entertaining the children on board, we’ll help make things easier for you when you travel with us.
Children travelling alone
We take very special care of your child when they are travelling alone and make sure that they have a safe and fun flight. We escort them through the whole journey, from the time you put them into our care until they are collected at their destination.
Transporting your pet
When you transport your pet, you want to be sure that they’re in good hands and have a safe trip. We’ll do everything we can to make sure your pet travels and arrives safely.
