On Business booking instructions for travel agents using a CRS booking system
When you make a booking for a member company on a British Airways eligible flight, you will need to enter the On Business membership number following the instructions below:
The On Business number must be entered in an OSI field using one of the following entries (please leave spaces between letters where shown and replace '123456XX' with the actual On Business membership number).

If a traveller is a member of the British Airways Executive Club, please continue to include their membership details in bookings.
