On Business booking instructions for travel agents using a CRS booking system

When you make a booking for a member company on a British Airways eligible flight, you will need to enter the On Business membership number following the instructions below:

The On Business number must be entered in an OSI field using one of the following entries (please leave spaces between letters where shown)

Abacus entry 3OSI BA BTOB./123456HK
Amadeus entry SK BTOB BA-/123456HK
Galileo entry SI.BA*BTOB./123456HK
Sabre entry 3OSI BA BTOB./123456HK
Worldspan entry 3OSI BA BTOB./123456HK
  1. Replace 123456HK with the actual On Business membership number.
  2. If a traveller is a member of the British Airways Executive Club, please continue to include their membership details in bookings.
