On Business

How it works

Business woman working on laptop. As an On Business member, your company earns Points which you can redeem for rewards* when employees fly with British Airways.

Your employees who are current Executive Club members will continue to earn BA Miles for personal use, so everyone benefits.

Here’s all you need to do to participate and save:

  1. When your company joins On Business, we will ask you to nominate a Company Authoriser, a Programme Administrator and a Travel Agent (optional) for your company’s On Business account.
  2. Once you have completed the enrolment form, you will receive confirmation of your enrolment and your membership number within 24 hours.
  3. To begin earning On Business Points, you will need to enter your membership number when making a booking. Bookings can be made either through ba.com or your travel agent. You will need to ensure your Travel Agent adds your On Business membership number into every British Airways booking. Click here for details on how to do this.
  4. After enrolling, your company will start earning Points immediately with the first ticket booked and flown on an eligible British Airways flight that has your On Business membership number in the booking. Once 3 individual employees have made eligible flights, your On Business account is automatically activated to allow for redemption of Points against either reward flights or flight upgrades.

Please note: Companies under corporate contract with British Airways are not eligible for On Business membership. Your company must have at least three travelling employees to be eligible to enrol.

* Taxes, fees, charges and security surcharges remain payable on reward flights and flight upgrades.
