On Business

How it works

Image of girl As an On Business member, your company earns Points which you can redeem for rewards* when employees fly with British Airways.

Moreover, if you are also an Executive Club member or a member of a frequent flyer programme from any oneworld® airline, you will continue to earn mileage and tier points in addition to your On Business points. That means your On Business points are added benefits.

Here's all you need to do to participate and save:

  1. When your company joins On Business, we will ask you to nominate a Company Authoriser, a Programme Administrator and a Travel Agent  (optional) for your company’s On Business account.
  2. Once you have completed the enrolment form, you will receive confirmation of your enrolment and your membership number within 24 hours.
  3. To begin earning On Business Points, you will need to enter your membership number when making a booking. Bookings can be made either through ba.com or your travel agent. You will need to ensure your Travel Agent adds your On Business membership number into every British Airways booking. Click here for details on how to do this.
  4. After enrolling, when a company has booked and flown at least 2 of its employees on an eligible British Airways flight which has your On Business membership number in the booking, your account will be activated automatically.

Companies under corporate contract with British Airways or Qantas are not eligible for On Business membership. Your company must have at least two travelling employees to be eligible to enrol.

*Taxes, fees, charges and security surcharges remain payable on reward flights and flight upgrades.
