The Company Authoriser is an employee of the Member Company who will oversee the company's participation in the programme and may fulfil administrative functions as permitted under the terms and conditions. The Company Authoriser cannot be an external travel agent or consultant. The Company Authoriser is responsible for any and all actions taken on the account by any nominated travel agents.
As the Company Authoriser, you may administer the programme yourself, or you may assign a Programme Administrator to manage the programme for your company. The Programme Administrator will be the main point of contact for On Business. They can administer the account, book rewards and update the information on this form after the enrolment is complete. The Programme Administrator cannot be a travel agent.
