From 31st March, our flights from Singapore will be moving to Heathrow Terminal 5, the state of the art home of British Airways. This move will allow smoother, faster connections onto the rest of our network. Terminal 5 is the perfect place to connect with Europe and beyond, and is well equipped to help make our customers’ journeys as smooth and as pleasurable as possible. It’s no wonder that Terminal 5 was the winner of the Skytrax World Airport Awards in 2012.
The terminal has one spacious, beautifully designed Departures area for all customers. There are more than 100 stores and restaurants at your disposal across Terminal 5A, B and C featuring some of the big names in British as well as global design and culinary expertise. If you are travelling in First, Club World or Club Europe, or if you are a oneworld Emerald or Sapphire frequent flyer, you’ll fin a welcome sanctuary in the Galleries lounges, truly luxurious places to unwind. Here you can help yourself to complimentary food an beverages including a selection of fine wines, keep on top of work with wireless broadband an office facilities and enjoy a complimentary treatment at the Elemis Travel Spa.
From April, customers flying on our BA15/16 services between London and Sydney via Singapore will be able to experience the latest product range in the British Airways’ fleet, on board our new 777-300ER aircraft.
