If you have already made your booking on ba.com and happened to have found a lower fare through another Australian website, just complete our claim form.
Please note: All claims must be made within 24 hours from your purchase of your flight(s) through ba.com. If you found a lower fare online, we will request that you forward us evidence of the fare quote, such as a screenshot of the site. We would therefore suggest you save a screenshot in a Word.doc or as a .jpeg file for future correspondence.
The lower fare quoted must be for the same route(s), sequence, date(s), flight number(s), booking class and ticket type(s). You must have purchased the fare in Australia in AUD.
