Always feel confident when you book online at ba.com. If you find the same flight (operated by British Airways) cheaper elsewhere online, once you have made your booking on ba.com, we will refund you the difference.

If you have already made your booking on ba.com and happened to have found the fare cheaper on another website, don’t worry just complete our claim form.
Please Note: All claims must be made by midnight on the day of purchase. We may also ask you to forward us a screenshot of the site to us. We would therefore suggest you save a screenshot in Word .doc or as a .jpeg file for future correspondence.
All claims must be made via the Claim Form, and must reach BA by midnight on the calendar day of purchase (based on local time of departure country).
Cheaper fare quoted must be for the same route(s), with each leg of the trip flown in the same order, for the same dates and flight numbers and for the same type of ticket (including fare conditions such as whether tickets are flexible, refundable or changeable).
Applies to BA operated one-way and return point-to-point flights in all fare classes. Point-to-point flights are those with the same BA flight number for the whole outbound and/or inbound journey, and exclude flights with stop-overs.
Only applies to BA operated flights (including BA Cityflyer). Flights on BA franchise (Comair and SUN-AIR of Scandinavia), codeshare and alliance airlines, and any journey where the booking is made up of two or more carriers are not included.
You must have purchased the flight from the ba.com site operated in your country of departure and paid in the currency of your country of departure. You must have found a cheaper bona-fide fare for a flight identical to the BA flight on a public point of sale travel website operated in your country of departure.
Price Promise does not apply where the cheaper online fare is a discounted or promotional fare, or where the fare forms part of a travel package.
We may ask you to forward us a screenshot of the site to us. We suggest you save this as a .doc or .jpeg file.
