Steps to collecting Avios

  • Book your next stay at Preferred Hotel Group or contact your nearest reservations office.
  • Ensure you provide your Executive Club membership number with your booking.
  • Ensure you show or quote your Executive Club membership card at check-in.z
  • The Executive Club number quoted and customer name must match that held in your membership profile.
  • Please allow four to six weeks for your Avios to show on your account.
  • Please keep all copies of your original receipts until your Avios are credited to your account
