To be sure of being credited with all your On Business Points, make sure that anyone authorised to book flights on behalf of your company always remembers to insert your On Business membership number in the ‘Passenger Details’ section when they book online.
Similarly, if they are booking by phone with a British Airways service centre, they must always remember to quote your membership number.
