Booking instructions for agents

When you make a booking using a GDS for an On Business member on a British Airways flight, or on a qualifying flight with eligible partner airlines, you will need to enter their On Business membership number following the instructions below.

The On Business number must be entered using one of the following entries (please leave spaces between letters where shown).

The entry can only be added to flights with a BA flight number.

1. Replace 123456GB with the actual On Business membership number.
2. If a traveller is a member of the British Airways Executive Club, please continue to include their membership details in the booking.
