If you wish, you can nominate up to 5 travel agents to manage your On Business account for you. They will book your British Airways flights for you, entering your On Business membership number each time. They can also redeem your points forreward flights, upgrades or one-night stays at Marriott hotels.
If, on the other hand, you prefer to control your On Business account yourself, you can just provide your travel agent with your membership number to book flights, but then redeem yourcompany’s On Business Points yourself.
