Online check-in demo

Before you check in

Online check-in is a simple process, available from 24 hours before your flight departs.

You can:

  • Check in up to nine people in your booking, including infants and children
  • Confirm your seats
  • Print your boarding pass

It’s quick and easy to use allowing you to arrive at the airport relaxed and ready to go.

To get started, select ‘Check in online’ then enter your British Airways booking reference and your last name into the ‘My Booking’ section on the ba.com home page.

Then select ‘Go’.

Flight and passenger details

Now you'll see all your flights, departing within the next 24 hours, for all of the passengers on the booking.

You can check in online up to nine people on the same booking. For parties of ten or more you’ll need to use a Check-in Kiosk at the airport.

You will need to submit Advance Passenger Information, which is required by most countries, before you can continue to check-in online.
