Fly to London from only $199 - Airfare terms and conditions
1.  $199 fare represented is one-way based on round-trip purchase, non-refundable, select economy class midweek (Mon.-Wed.) fares for travel Apr. 3-May 28, 2006 from New York JFK and Newark (with higher fares from all other gateways) to London on British Airways services only. Higher fares from all gateways apply for travel for other dates and to other European destinations.
2.  $379 World Traveller Plus fare represented is one-way based on round-trip purchase, select "T" class midweek (Mon.-Wed.) fares for travel April 25 to May 28, 2006 from New York (with higher fares from all other gateways) to London on British Airways services only. Higher fares from all gateways apply for travel for other dates and to other European destinations.
3.  Fares subject to government approval and do not include government fees and taxes ranging from approximately $110 for World Traveller or approximately $149 for World Traveller Plus and a $2.50 September 11 Security Fee.
4.  $30 weekend travel surcharge (Thu.-Sun.) applies each direction.
5.  For new bookings only made March 14–30, 2006. Refunds from previously purchased higher fare types not permitted.
6.  7-day advance purchase required for World Traveller. 42-day advance purchase required for World Traveller Plus.
7.  Minimum stay Saturday Night. Max stay 11 months.
8.  Changes to itineraries booked in World Traveller are not permitted. Bookings made in World Traveller Plus are permitted changes, prior to the ticketed departure time of each flight, for a fee of $100, subject to availability. The itinerary will be re-priced using fares in effect on the date the ticket is reissued and must meet all rule provisions of the newly ticketed fare.
9.  Executive Club members can earn BA Miles per the terms and conditions of the Executive Club.
10.  Infant without seat will pay 10% of adult fare.  Child discount will allow for a child to pay 80% of the adult fare.
11.  Unaccompanied minors permitted for a $50 surcharge each way.

London Pass and Hotels Terms & Conditions
1.  London Pass and hotels offers are open to US residents paying in US dollars and is valid for new bookings only made March 14-30, 2006 for travel no earlier than April 1, 2006 and no later than October 31, 2006, depending on hotel selected.
2.  The London Pass and hotels included in this offer must be booked in conjunction with round-trip transatlantic British Airways flights, purchased March 14-30, 2006 for travel through October 31, 2006.
3.  Once you have booked the complimentary pass you will receive an e-mail link to your voucher. You will then need to redeem this voucher at the Britain and London Visitor Centre, located at 1 Regent Street, London, W1.  Please note, passes may not be issued without this voucher. The voucher cannot be exchanged/refunded for cash or redeemed against other British Airways Holidays products.
4.  The price of $59 is per person per night based on two people sharing a twin room at the Park Inn Hyde Park, London (subject to availability) for travel between April 1– October 31, 2006 only, with all travel to be completed by October 31, 2006.  Rates may be higher for other room types and travel periods outside of the above.
5.  Special rates are available at the following London hotels only: Park Inn Hyde Park, Royal National, Best Western Paddington Court, Hyde Park Paddington, Jury’s Inn Chelsea, Corus Hotel Hyde Park, Shaftesbury Kensington. Special rates are also available at the following London apartments only: Somerset Bayswater Apartments, Citadines Covent Garden Apartments, Citadines Trafalgar Square Apartments.
6.  Prices quoted are per person per night based on double occupancy. Rooms are subject to availability and prices may vary depending on dates, hotel or room type selected.
7.  7-day advance purchase required. All bookings made within 14 days prior to departure will require a $15 express document delivery fee.

11.  Promotional hotel rates cannot be booked in conjunction with any other hotel offer, deal or promotion, and no cash or credit alternative will be given.

13.  British Airways Holidays reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions of this promotion, without notice, in the event (without limitation) of major catastrophe, war civil or military disturbance including acts of terrorism, earthquake, labor disputes, epidemic or any actual or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events.
14.  You must ensure that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas. We are not responsible or liable to you if you fail to have the required documents or follow correct procedures.
15.  Every effort is made to ensure all British Airways Holidays tour products are satisfactory. However, should a problem occur, it must be taken up immediately with the operator providing the services or with British Airways Holidays Customer Service department in the UK (0208 707 4460). Any claim on British Airways or British Airways Holidays must be made in writing within 30 days after completion of travel. Baggage claims to British Airways must be made before leaving the airport terminal. Claims will not be honoured after such time.
16.  Accommodation for persons with disabilities by hotels and service providers may vary from country to country and should be confirmed directly with them.
17.  British Airways Holidays has contracted with independent contractors to provide accommodation, car service and other travel related products for this offer. Neither British Airways Plc nor any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (including, without limitation, British Airways Holidays and/or Teleflight Limited d/b/a Flytele (together, "BA")) are responsible for any acts and/or omissions of these independent contractors, their employees, agents, servants or representatives. BA acts not as principal but only as agent for these independent contractors and accordingly, accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of either person or property for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity however occasioned, sustained or suffered in or during any package, journey, trip or tour, or in the carrying out of any arrangements booked by or through British Airways or British Airways Holidays.
18.  Neither British Airways or British Airways Holidays will accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, fire, floods, unusually severe weather conditions, grounding of aircraft, acts of God, labor disputes, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents to our failure of equipment of machinery, or industrial action (whether or not involving our employees and even though such action may be settled by acceding to demands of a labour group).
19.  British Airways is not responsible for setting or enforcing any applicable minimum drinking age or local legal limits. British Airways Plc, as an international air carrier is subject to international conventions limiting its liability; the limitations of liability are contained on the reverse side of the purchaser's ticket and form part of the terms and conditions hereof.
20.  British Airways Holidays is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party website or home page access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms or conditions connected with this promotion.
