Fares are for one-way economy (Euro Traveller) flights from London Gatwick, London Heathrow or London City Airports, or regional departures as stated. All fares include all applicable taxes, fees and charges correct at 26 November 2008. Fares are based on travel between 1 April 2008 – 31 March 2009. For all routes, quoted fares are only available on selected flights, limited seats available. Fares are based on debit card payment, credit card charges apply. Advertised fares are available only on ba.com. Additional charges may apply if purchased through other BA outlets or travel agents. Bookings cannot be refunded but changes are permitted (except flights to and from St Petersburg and Moscow, Russia which are return flights only) before the day of departure for £40 per person per transaction, in addition to any difference in fare. Online check in and online boarding passes are not available for group bookings over 6 people and passengers requiring special assistance. Flights from London City are operated by BA CityFlyer.
The fares shown are based on return British Airways (“BA”) scheduled flights in World Traveller to the destinations shown. Fares include all taxes, fees, charges and security surcharges correct as at 26 November 2008.
Flights are subject to availability and capacity control at the time of booking. The number of seats available on each flight at a particular fare may be restricted and it is possible that seats allocated to a particular fare on a particular flight may be fully booked even though seats are still available for sale in a different booking class in the same cabin.
World Traveller bookings cannot be transferred and no refunds are permitted.
World Traveller bookings made over the telephone will carry a £5 surcharge.
Flights are changeable for a £50 fee plus any difference in fare, but are non-refundable. Changes are not allowed on the day of departure.
The fares apply only to flights on the routes specified which are operated by BA, the fares do not apply to travel on any other BA franchisee or alliance airline, or any flight operated by a codeshare partner.
For all longhaul bookings, travel must include a Saturday night stay. Maximum length of stay is 355 days from the date of booking. For travel on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday, an additional £30 will be charged on top of the quoted fare.
