Lounges and facilities

We offer a number of services and facilities in our lounges so that you can work or relax as you choose.

Terminal 5 Galleries Lounges

There are six lounges within British Airways' new exclusive Terminal 5: The Concorde Room, Galleries First, three Galleries Club Lounges and an Arrivals Lounge.

Collectively the lounges, known as ‘Galleries’, can host up to 2,500 people, which is 25 per cent more than the Terminal 1 and Terminal 4 lounges.

The Galleries Club lounge in Terminal 5 Satellite B will open on 17 September 2008. Eligible customers with flights departing from Terminal 5 Satellite B are invited to use the Galleries Lounges in the main terminal building until it is time to go to the departure gate.

First Lounges

British Airways First lounges offer an environment that is elegant, calm and welcoming, a home-from-home which features deep, luxurious furniture in rich velvets and classic tailored herringbone.

Dedicated complimentary business facilities offer email and internet access, printers, copiers, fax, and credit card payphones, enabling you to complete any last minute business.

Pre-flight Dining

You can enjoy waiter served dining in the lounge, before your flight, giving you maximum sleep time on board.

Terraces and Executive Club lounges

British Airways Terraces and Executive Club lounges bring together an open, airy and refreshing atmosphere, where you can get away from it all.

Club World Pre-flight Supper

On Club World Sleeper Service flights you can enjoy an evening meal in the comfort of the lounge, which replaces the on board meal, so that you can maximise your sleep on board.

Pre-flight Supper is available when you fly Club World on selected overnight flights from New York JFK, Newark, Philadelphia, Washington, Toronto, Chicago and Boston departing on or after 18:00 local time.
