Pre-flight Dining
As a First customer you can enjoy waiter served dining in the lounge, before your flight, giving you maximum sleep time on board. Pre-flight Dining is available on flights departing from London Heathrow after 8pm and on selected overnight flights from New York JFK, Newark, Philadelphia, Washington, Toronto, Chicago and Boston departing from 6pm local time.
The Concorde Room - London Heathrow Terminal 5

- the Concorde Bar, serving complimentary champagne and fine wines as well as freshly ground coffee and afternoon tea
- a state-of-the-art business suite, with 7 internet and printer linked computers, news screen and a 40 inch LCD display screen suitable for presentations. It also converts to a fully equipped boardroom that can comfortably accommodate 8 people, bookable on request
- private cabanas, hotel-style rooms, with a comfortable day bed and en suite bathroom for complete relaxation
- the terrace and viewing area where you can enjoy a relaxing drink and spectacular views across the expansive architecture of Terminal 5 and out onto the runways.
