The Arrivals lounge in terminal 5 is located on the first floor using the green lifts before check-in and security.
The Arrivals lounge in terminal 3 is an American Airlines lounge and is located on the second floor immediately after customs. Take the lifts located next to the restaurants in the Arrivals building.

The American Airlines Arrivals lounge at London Heathrow Terminal 3 is open daily from 06.00am - 2.00pm.
At Gatwick the Arrivals lounge facility is provided by Sofitel. Accessed via level 1 of the North Terminal, this shared lounge offers a continental breakfast bar, individual shower rooms and pressing service. Use of this facility is subject to availability.
