How to get to London City Airport

The nearest London Underground station is Canning Town, on the Jubilee Line, where you can connect directly to London City Airport by Docklands Light Railway. The journey time is about 10 minutes.

The Docklands Light Railway extension to London City Airport is now open. The station is situation 50 yards from the airport terminal and trains run approximately every 7 minutes from Canning Town.

London City Airport is situated just 10 miles from the West End and Westminster, 6 miles from the City of London and 3 miles from Canary Wharf. Car rental is available within the airport.

There is a licensed taxi rank directly outside the terminal building. The journey to Central London (West End) will cost about £30, depending on traffic.
