Learn about On Business

Not everybody recognises that small to medium-sized businesses have unique travel needs. But we do. That’s why we created our global loyalty programme On Business, to provide a simple way to make your travel budget go further.

Last year our On Business members saved over $20 million1 on flights.

Earn On Business Points

When your company joins, it will earn points on every qualifying flight your colleagues take, whichever cabin they travel in. If you or your colleagues are members of the
British Airways Executive Club, you could be earning your own Avios at the same time.

Spend Points on travel benefits

Once you have two or more colleagues travelling and have earned sufficient points, your company will be eligible to start spending Points on valuable travel rewards - flights2, upgrades and hotel stays.

On Business is completely free to join and is open to companies with two or more travelling employees.

Triple Points to start you off

Not only is it free, but to get your membership off to a flying start, your company will earn triple On Business Points on the first 6 flight sectors3 your company takes  on qualifying flights in your first 12 months of joining.

  1. The figure is in respect of savings made by the global On Business membership in the financial year ended 31 March 2010 converted from GBP on 4 October 2010 using the daily spot rate on www.xe.com. It excludes taxes, fees and charges which remained payable by the On Business member. The figure excludes upgrade and hotel redemptions and is calculated by reference to average annual fares (by route and cabin class) that, in the absence of a redemption booking, would otherwise have been payable.

  2. Taxes, fees, charges and security surcharges remain payable on reward flights and reward flight upgrades.

  3. 6 flight sectors are 6 individual direct flights. If you need to connect to an onward destination, this will count as 2 flight sectors e.g. Paris-London-New York. A direct return (or round-trip) flight, e.g. London-New York-London, will count as 2 flight sectors.
