Club World Offer - Terms & Conditions

1. The British Airways qualifying flights are BA246 (Sao Paulo to London), BA247 (London to Sao Paulo), BA248 (Rio de Janeiro to London), BA249 (London to Rio de Janeiro), and flights to/within Europe on BA coded and operated flights to qualifying destinations only .
2. *The qualifying destinations for this special offer are - London, Cork, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Hanover, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Zurich, Geneva, Brussels, Amsterdam, Luxemburg, Rome, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, Porto.
3. **Taxes, fees, charges and surcharges not included in the above price
4. Ticket fares and taxes to be converted into Brazilian Reais at the day of ticket issue.
5. Tickets must be issued at least 7 days before first flight.
6. Passengers are subject to 5 days minimum stay and 12 months maximum stay in Europe.
7. Valid for British Airways Club World cabin only, booking class 'I' for all flights, subject to availability.
8. The fare basis code for tickets issued against this special offer will be 'IRCLAC' for all sectors.
9. After the ticket has been issued, changes to destination are not permitted at any time.
10. Changes to date of travel are subject to same booking class availability, at any time, and are subject to U$ 125 fee for each ticket reissue; fee amount will be converted into Brazilian Reais at the day of ticket reissue.
11. Full refunds are permitted only, at U$ 150 fee per ticket.
12. The total amount may be paid in up to 5 instalments with the American Express and VISA cards. (instalment plan not available using American Express corporate cards), All other cardholders may pay the total amount in up to 3 instalments using other credit cards; instalment plan is valid for credit cards issued in Brazil only.
13. This special offer is not combinable with any other award, promotion or incentive.
14. Tickets are subject to all conditions of original fare purchased, including conditions on stopovers.
15. As an Executive Club member, please advise your agent to insert your membership number in the reservation at the time of booking to ensure applicable Avios are credited properly.
16. Reservations and ticketing available through British Airways call centre or travel agent in Brazil only.
17. BA reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this offer in the event of major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of BA.
