News and information - Singapore

Starfish.
British Airways has been flying from Singapore for over 70 years. Find out more about the services we offer to our customers in Singapore.

Our partnership with Qantas

In Singapore, British Airways works in partnership with Qantas, allowing us to offer our customers a wide range of unique services.

Customers can benefit from a shared network and schedule, with frequent services to many cities in both Europe and Australia. Most of our fares are valid on both airlines, giving you a wider choice of flights. In addition, our joint customer service facilities at Changi Airport offer you a smooth journey from start to finish.

Who will I be flying with?
  • Ask which airline will be operating your flight at the time of making your booking. If you book on ba.com, this information is always displayed.
  • Alternately check your flight number: flights with a BA code that will be operated by Qantas are identified by a flight number in the range of BA7000 to BA7999.
  • Our Qantas and British Airways customer service teams are always on hand to help, regardless which airline you are flying with.

Important changes to your baggage allowances

Knowing what you can and cannot take on board, as well as how much you can carry, can make all the difference to your journey. Be prepared, plan ahead and get your journey off to a good start.
