Lisbon airport information
Lisbon airport now have a central x-ray security area. You will be required to clear security at the main departures area after check in for your flight.
British Airways check in
British Airways have re-designed our check in area at Lisbon airport, making it easier for you to check in for your flight. You can either:
- check in online and print your boarding pass
- or, check in at an airport kiosk
If you have hand baggage only, you can go straight to the gate.If you have baggage to check in, you can use our Fast Bag Drop at desk 59.
Hand baggage policy
On 5 July 2006, British Airways introduced a new cabin baggage policy for all passengers travelling on all routes.
Travelling with minors
If you travel with children under 18 years old, please make sure you have the correct documents for the journey.
If you hold another passport which is not portuguese, but you are living in Portugal, you are requested to know the portuguese requirements to travel with minors and follow portuguese law.
