Lisbon airport now have a central x-ray security area. You will be required to clear security at the main departures area after check in for your flight.

British Airways have re-designed our check in area at Lisbon airport, making it easier for you to check in for your flight. You can either: 

If you have hand baggage only, you can go straight to the gate. If you have baggage to check in, you can use our Fast Bag Drop at desks 58 and 59.

When you travel with British Airways, you need to ensure you are aware of the restrictions on your hand baggage.

If you travel with children under 18 years old, please make sure you have the correct documents for the journey. Portuguese law is very complex on minors travelling abroad, either with parents or even on their own.

If you hold another passport which is not portuguese, but you are living in Portugal, you are requested to know the portuguese requirements to travel with minors and follow portuguese law. Be sure you have all documents needed some time before the departure date.
