Invoices for tickets purchased online
VAT invoices for tickets purchased through ba.com may only be issued in PLN and within 7 days of ticket purchase.
If you require an invoice, please supply the following information by e-mail via the link below.
- company name
- company address
- company VAT registration number
- number of your British Airways ticket purchased online
- your contact telephone number
For selected British Airways services the following fees apply

Important information
- Please note that you won't be able to make changes to your hotel or car booking. If you want to change your booking you will have to cancel your current booking and make a new booking. This can be done on ba.com.
- We cannot guarantee that the same hotel room or car rental option will still be available if you have to cancel and make a new booking.
