Check in procedures at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport

• We recommend you check in online and print your boarding pass at home when travelling from Helsinki. Online check-in is opened 24 hours prior to departure up to one hour before departure. 
• Baggage drop and check-in counters can be found in Departure Hall 2 , counters 202-204.
• Recommended check-in time is 1 hour 30 minutes prior to departure due to the tightened security control at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Note that the check-in will close 40 minutes prior to departure time.
• There are no British Airways self-service check-in kiosks at Helsinki-Vantaa.

Lounge access

• We recommend British Airways Club Europe passengers and Executive Club Silver and Gold members to use the Gateway Fresh Lounge in the non-schengen area, situated after passport control, near the departure gate. 
• Opening hours for the Gateway Fresh Lounge in the non-schengen area: Daily 06.00 a.m. - 11.30 p.m.
