Ticket changes for returning passengers

We are happy to introduce the facility to make changes on partly utilised electronic tickets, over the phone.

This service is available on payment against cash to our selected Standard Chartered bank or credit card against an international Visa/Master credit card issued and billed in UK/USA/Canada/Europe.

Reconfirmation of bookings

Tower Bridge London. Passengers returning from Bangladesh holding confirmed bookings are not required to reconfirm their bookings. 

You can use the Manage My Booking facility on ba.com to:

  • view, email, or print your itinerary
  • request or change your meal preference
  • request or change your seat
  • check in online

and more.

If you are travelling from Dhaka, you could even print your own boarding pass.

Direct Airside Transit Visa (DATV) for Bangladeshi nationals going to UK

Please note that the United Kingdom Home Office has announced that with effect from 16 October 2003, Bangladeshi nationals would also be included in the list of nationals who would require Direct Access Transit Visas (DATV) when in transit through the UK.

Passengers travelling with electronic tickets (e-tickets) must carry a printed itinerary showing full details of the journey and a confirmed onward booking.
 

Unaccompanied minors - update

Children travelling alone, using the Skyflyer Solo service, are subject to the normal fare tariff, plus a supervision fee.
