We have a dedicated group travel desk specifically trained to deal with all group travel requests for all passengers travelling for business or leisure purposes.
We offer excellent fares, flexible conditions and an exceptional service for groups of 10 or more passengers.
Group size
A group is ten or more passengers travelling together on one flight on either the outbound or inbound portion of the journey. In Club World and First class the minimum is seven passengers.
Group quote
In order to obtain a quote please fax the group travel desk with your travel requirements. A quote will be faxed back to you within three working days. For some journeys and during busy periods this might take longer. Contact details for the group travel desk are below.
Security deposit
A security deposit is required four weeks after the booking has been confirmed. The deposit is 20% of the total amount.
Names and name changes
Names are required eight weeks before departure.
Name changes are free of charge up until tickets are issued. After ticketing name changes are not permitted.
Ticketing
Tickets are issued 4 weeks before departure.
E-tickets will be issued where possible and emailed to the group leader.
Date changes
Date changes are permitted but are subject to availability and may incur a fee or a difference in fare.
Advance passenger information
The group travel desk will enter advance passenger information (APIS) for all group members on your behalf.
Inspection trips
Inspection trip rates for group leaders are available on request.
Additional benefits
Seats will be assigned for all group members before departure where possible.
We accept musical instruments and sports equipment.This should be advised at time of booking. Some exceptions apply.
All special meal requests should be advised three days before departure.
