Naples lounge closure
The VIP Lounge at Naples Capodichino airport is temporarily closed whilst the main terminal building is being refurbished.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, as of 1 February 2008, customers travelling in Club Europe and Gold, Silver or Premier Executive Club (regardless of their class of travel) will be offered a complimentary voucher to use at the following shops at the airport:
La Piazzetta, Capri Naif and the Gourmet Shop
Gold, Silver and Premier Executive Club may also benefit from a 10% discount on any of the local products sold in these shops.
La Piazzetta and Gourmet Shop, renowned for it’s own brand of local specialties offers also a large selection of the finest typical regional and national products.
Linate lounge closure
The British Airways lounge at Linate airport is temporarily closed due to refurbishing.
In the meantime, Club Europe passengers and Gold, Silver or Premier Executive Club members (regardless of their class of travel) that check-in online may use the SEA lounge "Sala Leonardo" located just after airport security on the right hand side next to the "Moreschi" shop.
Club Europe passengers and Gold, Silver or Premier Executive Club members that check in at the check-in kiosks or at the dedicated British Airways check-in desks will be asked to go directly to a special area at "Harry's Bar" for refreshments, which is located just after airport security between gate 18 and 19.

Fast Track at Milan Linate and Malpensa airport
As of 1 January 2008 we are pleased to inform you that at both Milan Linate and Malpensa airports a Fast Track service is in place for all British Airways Club Europe customers.
Fast Track provides our Club customers with a dedicated fast and efficient channel through security checks, hence less queuing and more time for work or relaxation prior to take-off.
