Passengers travelling from Naples and wishing to check in at the airport, need to be aware that check-in opens 2 hr 30 min before scheduled departure of our flights.

For passengers travelling from Bologna or Venice, check-in opens 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. 

Alternatively, we invite customers to check-in online on ba.com, available from 24 hours until 1 hour before departure.

We have continued our cooperation with Pisa airport in order to continue to offer our Club Europe (Business class), Premier and Gold Executive Club members - regardless of class of travel - 5 days of free parking at the multi-storey park at the airport.

The easiest and most convenient way to check-in when travelling from Milan Linate and Malpensa airports is online.  This functionality allows you to check in for your flight, choose your preferred seat and print your boarding card, before you leave the airport from the comfort of your home or office in the 24 hours before flight departure*. 

All you have to do once at the airport is make your way towards security controls and, if you are travelling in Club Europe, take advantage of the Fast Track that will speed you through security controls and allow you to spend more quality time in our exclusive lounges.

If you prefer to check in at the airport, please note that check-in closes 40 minutes before flight departure and self-service kiosks are no longer available.

* This service is available for passengers of the age of 18 and above.

VIP Lounge

The VIP Lounge remains closed.  Club Europe passengers and Premier, Gold and Silver Executive Club members (+ a guest travelling together) will be offered a complimentary voucher of 12 euros that can be used at the Capri Naif shop at the airport. The Capri Naif is located in the departures hall after security. Premier, Gold and Silver members also receive a 10% discount on purchase of selected items sold in these shops.

Limo service / Chaffeured car service

We have recently refurbished our British Airways lounges at Rome Fiumiucino and Milan Malpensa airports.
