Connecting at Terminal 5 is an enjoyable, stress-free experience. When you arrive from Ireland you should already be in possession of your onward boarding pass and your bags will have been checked through. If you are not already checked in for your onward flight, you should collect your baggage and make your way to the check-in kiosk in Terminal 5.
Passengers from Ireland arrive at Heathrow between gates 80 - 90 in Terminal 1. From here, there are two ways to get to Terminal 5 using either the flight connections centre or the Heathrow Express. Both routes are clearly signposted.
