The Executive Club now offers you the possibility to cancel and refund a redemption booking in the same way as a commercial booking.

All you need to do is log in with your membership number and PIN and retrieve your redemption booking on 'Manage My Booking'.  You will be offered the option of cancelling your redemption booking and your BA Miles will be recredited to your account.  Taxes will be refunded to the credit card used for the original booking.

In the case of Miles for Upgrade, the commercial booking will be refunded as per original fare rules and the BA Miles used for the upgrade will be refunded to the account.

In the case of the use of a Gold Upgrade for Two voucher, the e-voucher will be refunded as per standard change booking functionality and a confirmation email will be sent.

Make sure that your profile in your Executive Club account is always updated to allow you to receive the latest news and offers from the Executive Club and British Airways.  All you have to do is visit ba.com, log in and click on "Update my details". Make sure that your email address appears in the space provided then tick the four boxes in the marketing consent section.
