Collecting Avios is a great way to reach the destination of your dreams, but what if you don't have enough to get there?
With a Household Account, you can pool your Avios with other Executive Club Members as long as you live at the same address. Even your children can join the Club so your whole family can be collecting Avios every time you travel and you'll have more to spend on rewards when you want them.
All Household Account members continue to enjoy the individual benefits of Club membership and continue to earn Tier Points and move through the tiers independently.
When you are ready to set up your Household Account, you first need to decide who will be the Head of the Household. The Head of the Household Account will receive all communications concerning the account and will be the only person who can add or remove members or change the address for the Household Account. Individual members over 18 who have given their permission to receive marketing communications will continue to receive our news and offers.
The Head will need to be an existing member of the Executive Club and should be the person who completes the application. It doesn't matter if the rest of the household are existing members or not: they can sign up as part of the Household Account application process. The Head of Household will then be able to change Household Account members at any time.
The Head of the Household and the other members will be able to access their Avios at all times. Changes to the registered Household Account address can only be made once every six months.
Just like with an individual account, your Household Account Avios stay with you as long as you collect, spend, purchase or share some Avios at least once every 36 months.Find out how to prevent your Avios expiring
