In the heart of the downtown area, this 25-acre space features work by world-famous architects, planners, designers and artists. In July and August, Chicago heats up. This is a great time to head to the beach. The sandy Lake Michigan shores are easy to reach from our hotels in Chicago. Oak Street Beach and North Avenue Beach are two of the most popular places to sunbathe and swim. We also love Rainbow Beach in the South Shore neighbourhood - you'll have awe-inspiring views of the Chicago skyline from here.

Chicago is one the USA's great sport cities. Make sure you catch a game when you stay in one of our hotels in Chicago. Wrigley Field is home to the Chicago Cubs baseball team. The famous Chicago Bulls basketball team - where Michael Jordan made his name - play at the United Center, easy to get to on public transport. Alternatively, head to Soldier Field and watch the Chicago Bears. Whatever sport you choose, watching one of these great American sports is a superb day out for all the family.
